Sushant Singh Rajput death by suicide on June 14 is being investigated by the Mumbai police and they have till questioned close to 40 people .
Recently , Sushant Singh Rajput's father k.k Singh filled fIR against Rhea chakrbaborty .post which the Bihar police arrived in Mumbai to investigate the actor's death by suicide.
However Rhea chakrbaborty had been approached the supreme court seeking transfer of the case registered by krishna Kishore Singh , Mumbai.
Recently Lalit kishore ,the advocate general of Bihar govt .also stated that the Mumbai police has not been cooperating with them .
ANI shared ,"whenever police from one state go to another state for investigation then the respective state govt & official co-operate.
But in this case the Mumbai police are not cooperating to late Sushant Singh Rajput's father ,Bihar govt,and advocate Gen.
